Apps need help installing jar and tar files

trying to install jar and tar files to a samsung galaxy s. my jar files converted to apk but get a parse error and the tar i cant convert. please help... been trying to one week already and nothing....

What's in these jar and tar files? Source code? A compiled Android app?

What are actually trying to do?

I think, it is J2ME application and you can't run it in android.
