I have a Droid 2 MOTA955 purchased from Verizon. Verizon service is tooo expensive
and I have a contract with T-Mobile and would like to use my Droid 2 with T-Mobile. I did some web surfing and did find a site that said they could "unlock" my phone. If they do unlock it, does this mean I can use it with T-Mobile service?
Question is: How do I get my Motorola Droid 2 locked to Verizon to work on T-Mobile?
I realize it is a CDMA phone so there is not a sim card to just switch out. Is there a web-site I can go to that will provide me with step-by-step instructions to accomplish this? Or does anyone know of someone I might contact to have them do the necessary steps to get my Droid 2 away from being tied to Verizon and use it with T-Mobile?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!
PS I reside in the US.
Sincerely SANNB
