Need help moving aps to ext SD card

I have a sm-t230nu Tab 4 7" what only has 8GB. Most of which the OS uses. Can't even upgrade Facebook anymore. Cleaned as much personal stuff off out of memory. How can I force stuff onto SD card?

Could try something like App2SD. Root is required.

Please keep in mind with only 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, this model will always be limited to just a marginal level of functionality no matter what steps you take. There are hardware limitations that no software-based solution can overcome.

Get rid of some unnecessary apps.
Disable, or if you're able, uninstall what you don't need.
Try the browser version of Facebook, Facebook takes up a lot of space.
