Help need help my xt720 briced

guys my phone suddenly stard like that....

any idea how to fix it???

it just happen when i plug in the battery.... without any pushing combination bottom... on the phone....n my RSD Lite 4.9 did not detect my phone....please guys...help me....

Switch off your phone and remove the battery
press together the volume down button + power + camera
holding down the 3 keys reinsert the battery
