Need help new to this

Ok I am trying to get the videos from my phone to my pc but I can't and I can't email them either. Is there anyone out there that can help me?

I don't know. If I try to send them through e-mail to many times it will delete them. I have tried to sync with my pc but it only gets the pics not the video.

just go to your sd card and manually copy them.

Caddyman, when I did that I can watch the video, but no sound. Any ideas? When i uploaded it to Youtube from the phone, the sound was there.

I got this one, I had the same problem. For some reason Windows Media Player doesn't play the camera generated movie files correctly (I've checked older versions and the latest, it's all the same). You need to download and use the quicktime player and they will play fine.

Plug your phone to your pc by usb that came with it. In notification bar click USB connected and chose mount. Then go to My Computer (Computer) and go through the card just like you go through the hard drive

oh I have. I used Quick Time and VLC media player.

could be a codec. search for the almighty klite codec pack, might fix you up (on your computer)

Really, than I don't know. I had the exact same problem only I uploaded the vids to flickr instead of YouTube. I did this with an XP, Vista and Windows 7 system and they all worked fine with Quicktime.

I do remember QuickTime needing permission to "fix the files" or "find missing components" (can't remember how it was worded) before it could play the files.
