Help Need help on 2 issues - htc sensation

First of all - hi all :)
I just got my new htc sensation and there are two things I can't figure out:
1. How can i stop my phone from downloading all atachments in the e-mails from microsoft exchange (i want to keep only certain files that I choose, not all of them).
2. How can I delete files from the "Music" app? It downloaded a few files from my e-mail and they got automatically included in my playlist. Now I can't get rid of them.

Any tips would be very much appreciated.

If you have your exchange mail set up as imap, it isn't downloading the attachments, only the header information. The download doesn't take place until the email is opened and you click on the attachment.

If you just want to delete them from your playlist, then you long-press (touch and hold for 2 seconds or longer) the song and you should get a pop-up menu allowing you to remove it. If you want to delete the actual file, then it's probably easier to use a file manager like Astro or ES File.
 
Thank you! With the long press I was able to delete the files from the sd card, not just remove them from the playlist :)
I set the mail to "header only" and to never download anything. Now I will just wait for another mail to see weather this does the trick.
