Help NEED HELP PLEASE!!! Prevail 3G signal issues

Please help. My Samsung prevail 3G sign is acting crazy. Constantly jumps from full signal to no signal at all. It takes forever just to load a simple Google search. Play store keeps saying signal lost same with Facebook. I am running CT mod 3.5.... it has only been acting like this since I updated to the F19 update. Please help. I know someone has had this problem before. Please help.

It's the FA1L, err... Fa19 baseband causing it...
Just use odin to change the baseband back to ej06

Two ways that you can try and solve your problem.

First I would make a CWM backup. Then I would either use Odin to change to the rooted EJ06 version, flash the CWM update, then restore your CWM backup.

OR

Use the method in the second link to just change the baseband.
