Root Need help rooting galaxy y

Ok, so basically I can't find a post for instructions on how to root my phone (galaxy y gt-s5360t) or an update.zip. Can someone please explain how I can root my phone and where I can get the resources? Thanks in advance.
 
I found the universal root worked quite well. I can't post a link right now, as I am using the app. I will post it as soon as possible
