Hi, Have had Galaxy SIII which used to get my Optimum emails, but had to delete, etc. separately on both phone and laptop. Then, phone stopped getting emails at all. Verizon support says I need to sync from my laptop. I am a older user, brand new for Forum, and tech-wise very behind. Can anyone walk me through what needs to be done? Thanks! Slow&steady
