need help to fix Note 2 issue

Hi

I am Kumar.
I have a NOTE2(GT-7100). I received two updates from sumsung.
after installeing the second update i have a issue. I can make call to any three numbers without any issue.
when i dial fourth number, i have to reboot the phone. if i dial the number, nothing happens. after reboot it works fine. this is my everyday issue.
also i noticed if i try to do any thing i get a pop up "connecting to network,please wait for a while".
anybody with any suggestions how to fix this.

Hopefully i can try and assist you with the issues you are having today!

First off i would suggest trying to perform a factory reset, this is sometimes required with OTA updates because sometimes these updates can cause issues like these.
