Need help to get rid of software updates.

I use stock Android 5.0.2 and keep getting notified to get Marshmallow. I do not want Marshmallow because I like using Lollipop and it works fine for me. I get this annoying popup and want to get rid of it. I do not want to root to get rid of it. I tried disabling MotoOTA but it didnt work. I put an image of what it looks like below. Please help!

"S'more to love"?? Sounds like Chinglish. Sure this is a legitimate update and not something nefarious, like pushed malware? Haven't had any other messages, like telling you the battery is full of viruses, and that you must install the update to solve the problem? Cheetah Mobile or something.
