Root Need help to root my phone

I have a Desire HD currently running Android 2.2 ( i Rooted it earlier with one click root tool, and was using custom roms , but situation demanded me to revert to stock rom - so i flashed with stock PD98IMG.zip )

Ace Pvt ShiP S- off
Hboot 0.85.007
radio 26.03.02.26_M

NOW I am trying to install a new rom -
As i have S off tried to Flash Recovery By using Cmd in fastboot USB mode...

But i ended up with this error as in the below pic

Can some one Guide me to install recovery & super su on my desire Hd so that i can Flash custom roms in it ?:confused:

for downloads and directions :)

if you wish to use the fastboot flash or fastboot boot commands,you can also install an htcdev hboot and unlock it.(my personal preference)

How to install recovery via Hboot ?
Should i rename recovery.zip to PD98IMG.zip and put in the SD card ?
 
BIG thanks I did it sucessfullly ( wasted a whole day in xda forums, and one of my friend suggested me to try it here )

But should i change my radio too its an old version ?

wchich one should i install ? can you give the link ??
and can i install it the same way ??
 
Make sure the "fastboot" setting is not checked. In 2.2 I think it maybe in settings/apps.

Having this setting checked, will keep you from getting into bootloader via power/volume down without a battery pull.

I would personally update the radio. The WWE radio linked in the same post is a good choice.
