Need Help.... Tubemate

Hello

I m using tubemate for downloading youtube videos. Now ifi m downloading it won't be download and give me an error User information is out of date. I clear the cache, search history and browser histoer and browser cache but could not able to downlad video..

What is the problem and how cani solve this.

Ditch Tubemate and get Video Catcher.
I find it better and easier to use than tubemate. Not to mention it's on Google play so you don't have to worry about downloading the newest version of tubemate from a shady 3rd party site.

I encountered the same error as well. What I did is I uninstalled it and downloaded the latest update then it worked again

I uninstalled old version and installed last version and it solve the problem
