When I first emailed them they responded that I should fill out the form online (http://emui.huawei.com/en/). I explained that the Valiant is not one of the listed models. This is what they responded:
"Huawei Customer is pleasure to be at your service,sorry to bring this problem to you. We are sorry for if you cant find your version on the list for the reason that it is not within the secure unlock code infromation rang, so there is no unlock code for supply.We recommend that you can use the other third party software to uninstall such as 360 mobile assistant app".
Can't make out what exactly they are saying, but one way or another they are not giving me the code.
Any idea's?
