Root Need help unlocking my LG L70 MS323's bootloader (MetroPCS)

I rooted first. And, I'm still trying to figure out how to unlock my device's bootloader from here.
It boots into download mode after I reboot

Gives me this when I try the fastboot commands

OS: Windows 8.1

I already posted in the bootloader unlock thread, I waited 2-3~ days to either be quoted or get a reply or something with support/help in unlocking my MS323's bootloader.

What am I doing wrong? If anything, that is..

I added the photo when my L70 boots into download mode along with another screenshot after running: fastboot devices, fastboot oem unlock and fastboot oem device-info

I still can't tell if my bootloader's unlocked or not yet...

Yes, it is unlocked. It still shows Download Mode because it tries to load that mode, but it cannot because of the zeroed laf partition. So it is fine. It should be unlocked. Try again fastboot oem device-info. If it shows device unlocked, then it is fine.

It is unlocked, now just make sure to integrate the TWRP Recovery img, and then install whichever rom you feel comfortable using

Show us the output of this command in fastboot: fastboot oem device-info. If you see device unlocked = true, you are unlocked!
