Root need help unrooting to stock 2.3 or 2.2

ok so Im selling my Droid X and I want to unroot it. Ive had the X for a while and I rooted by sbf'ing from 2.3 to 2.2 and doing it that way to get rooted gingerbread. So how do I get to unrooted 2.3?

stop after sbf'ing your phone. then pull the .605 update over the air like normal.

or just leave it at .602 and whomever you sell it to can update it to .605
