I've tried everything, but I can't get my phone to connect with Kies on my computer. I put my phone into Kies (firmware update) mode, start kies, plug my phone in, and it just says "Connecting..." but never actually connects.
I just tried doing a factory reset, hoping that would fix my problems, reinstalled all the drivers, but I still can't get it to connect
So I tried this "SuperOneClick" root. That installed successfully, but I'm not really sure what good that does me.
Can I perhaps do some unofficial update of my firmware? I'd like to update to 2.3, or at least 2.2.
Any help appreciated!
