Help need help updating

I tried to update my phone and it says I need at least 30MB of space on my SD card but I already deleted tons of stuff and there's still says there's not enough space available...what can I do?
 
You sure it said your SD card or your phone? It's usually your phone. If it's your phone you might need to uninstall some apps.

If its your SD card. Check to be sure it you have the room on your SD card. You may have sent files to the trash or recycle bin but didn't delete it from the bin.
