Need help...what are these apps?

ok so........we get these types of questions every day here, "what icon is this?". the problem is that there are millions upon millions of apps each with their own notification icons.....so....unless it is from a popular app like facebook or youtube, majority of these questions go unanswered. you might get lucky and someone might know exactly what it is, but don't hold your breath on an actual answer.
you can always just look into the phone's notifications to find out, but my guess is that the phone in question is not yours. you can just ask the person what it is, but i know this is not an easy thing to ask.

The first one I had previously for my cell, think that is like an on screen lyric finder without googling it. Called Music Match - lyrics for you music.
Second one it could be just an APK settings like for Nova Launcher.

They're both familiar, but I can't name either. The green one has a download/update available look to it.
I'm pretty certain that neither is a dating app, which is what most of these "I need to know what app this is on someone else's phone" questions are about - apologies if that wasn't your motivation.
