Help Need help...wifi/data switching

The other day my G3, for whatever reason, had a pop-up that asked "if wifi signal is weak, automatically switch to data usage", I said yes...not realizing what I did, I cannot find where in settings to change it back?

Any help would be appreciated.

in wifi settings click the three dots at top and go to advanced wi-fi - its called avoid bad wifi connections
