I'm not really sure if this is where i should post this question(if not please direct me to a forum to ask this type of question thanks) but here goes.
I have almost completed a game(Using Eclipse) but have trouble in figuring out the code for the following:
-I would like a wheel turning at a constant speed clockwise.
-If you touch the wheel and drag it in any direction(clockwise or counterclockwise) the wheel should turn with your finger.
-And after you stop touching the wheel it should go back to turning at the constant speed clockwise.
I have tried and experimented but could not get the result I was hoping for which I described above.
If anyone could please direct me to a tutorial of this or could explain the code to be used I would appreciate it.
