Help Need help with diag mode

If you are talking about download mode, fist power off the phone then, hold volume up volume down and power. your phone must be connected to your pc for this to work. There is only to modes on the lg lucid that I know of. The other is recovery/factory reset. Hold power and volume down for factory reset.

Nah, I found diag mode is connecting the phone in Ethernet mode, I know download mode is power + volume
