Help Need help with droid turbo

I have a droid turbo that's factory unlocked, what I want to know is how to set it up so I'm not getn the stupid h+,I've read else where that people were getn 4g
 
1. You need an LTE sim. Ask your carrier.
2. Your phone needs to be the LTE version.
3. You have to be in an area where LTE signals are available.
