need help with easy tether

hey guys hoping i can get some help with easy tether.
using a droid incredible and a sony vio laptop with windows xp version 2002 (service pack 3) when i go to install it tells me it doesnt recognize the windows certificate. I go ahead and continue, and then it says it can't install. Any ideas?

I wasn't able to get it to work on windows either, however i installed it just fine on linux
