Help Need help with email & contact list

I'm very new to the Centura so please bear with me, and offer some help!
If I go to the email app and create an email, how do I then get the address from my contact list (People)? I can go to the Contact list first, then send an email, but I can't see how to get an address from the contact list from the email screen. I'm running into this same problem with the messaging app. I know there is an easy way to do it, but I'm sure not finding it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just click the compose icon to compose an email and it will automatically put the cursor in the to: section. Just start typing the name of your contact and a list will pop up. This same goes for text messaging.

Thanks! That does work. Now, how about multiple recipients and/or copies?? How do I do that?

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. In text messages you just tap the screen again right after the first reciepent and start typing the second contact. In email it's even easier because it stays in the to: feild after the first contact is entered so just start typing the second contact.

Thanks for the help! In the meantime, I have actually loaded in K9 email app and find it much easier to use. Much more intuitive. Thanks again!
