Root Need help with failed root

I tried to root my Galaxy S3 yesterday. but it failed and now I can't connect to any cell towers and I can't turn wifi on. When I plug it into my computer it isn't recognized but I can get into a recovery boot, I just don't know how to fix it after getting it to the recovery boot.

Please help.

Hi Nittick!

Without knowing exactly what you did, it's going to be hard for us to help you. Rooting in itself does nothing to the phone: it is simply a process of unlocking access to the phone's root system files. However: what you DO with that access can have profound effects. You might try a factory reset to original state: it will wipe your data, settings and apps, but provided nothing in the system partition was altered, it SHOULD come back to life. Good luck: if you get stuck again, let us know. It will also be helpful to know what provider you're with, as various carriers have differences in the way the phones work.
