Help need help with ics update.

I bought an unlocked i9020auckf1 nexus s without contract, and put my telus sim card in it.

Afaik, the ota update to 4.0.4 should be available for me, no?

At any rate, when I check for updates, I find nothing.

Is there a way I can get ota to work? Or do I just need to wait? Or is there the update I can get somewhere else.

am running 2.3.6 stock

The 4.0.4 update is currently rolling out. It'll get to your phone eventually, probably within the next week or two. Keep an eye on the stickied ICS thread. It'll be updated with the full 4.0.4 ROM once it's available, so you'll have the option of updating manually if you want.
