Need help with internal storage

Here's my problem.
TLDR: Google play won't let me install apps or updates; I can install apks just fine.
I've tried everything, but can't get it to work.
what do I do?

Need more info, how much free space (internal and sd), using any apps to move the apps files?

This has been solved over at xda. My problem was that I had link2sd set to install apps straight to external. For some reason that is what have the error. Just changed it back to install on internal and auto move upon installation.
