Hi, can someone help me out with this. I did a factory reset on my galaxy note and now I can't get the keyboard function on. What I mean is the keyboard is not popping out automatically. When I try to connect to my own wifi and try to type in the password or try to send a message, the keyboard function does not show up for me to type...it shows "connection problem" on the area where the keyboard usually pops up. Any advice on fixing this problem? Thanks all for helping.
