Help Need help with keyboard orientation

Just got the Samsung Captivate, and I love the phone other than for some reason when I turn my phone sideways while using the keyboard, it stays in its original position instead of turning with the phone. I was thinking maybe there's some sort of lock setting that I have it on. Any suggestions as to how to change this?

Make sure you check orientation in settings->sounds and display.

Also tilt the phone slightly backward when changing orientation usually helps.
