Need help with moving apps

I need to know how to move apps from my htc evo to my sd card or even better to my laptop..for example..i had to get a replacement phone and i lost every single app i had except for the ones i bought through the market..does any one know how to save apps onto a computer and then transfer them to a new phone..it obvisouly has to work though.

You can use an app called appbrain. Once you have the apps on your phone log into appbrain and sync it it will save a list of your apps (I re sync every so often to keep an updated list) then you can just reinstall from the list there.

Also I used app2sd, and when i remove the card i can't use the apps they disappear from my phone and in the market they show as uninstalled but once I remount the card they automatically start to download again.
