Hi im kinda a novice when it comes to roms but not to the point that i dont know what im doing im curently running cyanbread and it instaled with an overclock of 1.6 and somhow it went back to stock the only thing i can think of is that i uninstaled mobile id and it went back somehow ive tried restoring reflashing giantpunes kernel all i get is an error message even flashed stock kernel reflashed giantpunes kernel i dont see anything online for it either

Hi deisal91 :hello: welcome to AF!!

You might want to take a look at Nofrills cpu. The settings area has a option that is SUPPOSED to keep other apps from being able to change the settings. I'm not sure it will solove your problem, but you might want to take a look.

Same thing happened to me so I used the "Unbrick" method & rooted it all over, Don't know if this is something you might want to try but it worked for me

Tried the app block on the no frills CPU it didn't help I'm looking at trying the unbrick method you mentioned and see if that works I'm kinda wondering though i have a stock backup that's overclocked and it works i just can't flash the kernel and thank you biker 57 for the warm welcome

Edit: tried the unbrick method it didn't work for me idk is there anyway to use terminal emulator to flash the kernel I would kinda like 64oid to run lag free
