Help Need help with pictures...please!

I have the Droid 2 and I can view and search my pictures in my gallery with no issues. However, when I remove my Micro-SD card and place in one of the USB adapters, the PC reads the card and says it is empty. I have tried putting the CD card in a different phone and it is empty...The pictures only display on my Droid. I know the pics are on the CD card because when I take the SD card out of my Droid, I cannot view the pictures anymore. Please help! I need to upload these pic onto my Pc to save them.

Have you tried leaving the sd card in the phone and plugging the phone into your PC with the USB cable and mounting as storage? It should show the contents of the card just as the phone sees it.
 
I have not tried that yet. I don't have a USB cord with me, but I' will try that tonight when I get home and see if that works.
