Need Help with RootExplorer

Here's the problem, I can access certain folders in RootExplorer but there are some files that have a yellow shield and a star on them. When I long press to access menu options for these files and then choose "View as text" RootExplorer responds with "This file is too large to display in full so is only partially displayed". How can I view these files in full? Is there a way to transfer them to my laptop and view? or some other option?

Tried these. Still displaying a bunch of wing ding looking jibberish. May try to pull file(s) via adb to my laptop and open it in Word or Notepad.
