Need help with Screenshot and Downloads

I'm still a bit new to the Esteem. I'm wondering how do I take pictures of like text messages, or anything in general. Things like "Word," and things of those nature. Taking a picture of anything I'm doing on the screen is pretty much the basic thing I'm asking for.

Plus I'll really appreciated if anyone can tell me how to like download pictures/links off the Internet like Facebook. With an app name or anything would be really nice, because I don't know either of these two.

im using an app thats called screen shot it they have 2 version one that needs root and one that dosnt need it now im sure there are free snap shot apps out there so just look on the market. as far as downloading pics from webpages all u have to place ur finger on any pic and you should be allowed to download it.
