I used wifi tether app it doesnt have a L9 profile so what i did was changed it to Samsung Galaxy Nexus (CDMA/LTE) only problem is that you have to manually add the wifi network to the device you want to get wifi on in your case it would be the ps3. Ive tried many other ways and this is the only way i could do it with out having to buy a tether app.
