Hello, I am trying to root my htc one m8 android 5.0.1 T-Mobile. I have to unlock the bootloader first and I am having some trouble with that. I am using https://www.htcdev.com/ method and when I open the command prompt and enter in what it says to instead of showing the token it says "waiting on device". My phone is plugged in with USB and in the fastboot bootloader mode. I don't know what to do. Please help!!!!
