I am desperate for help. I recently got a Galaxy Note 4 for the primary purpose of using for business email (outlook exchange). I can not figure out for the life of me how to get the text to wrap...it's looks correct as I'm typing a message....but when recipients respond back, I can see my original email in theirs....and it is one long sentence you have to scroll right to read....it doesn't wrap it into a normal readable paragraph. I can't imagine with all this phone's features that this isn't fixable ? Any ideas ? Thank you
