need help with wowpad

I just bought this thing 2 weeks ago, have barely had a chance to enjoy it and now it's not working. It's powering up but stops at one of the animation screens and stays there. I've tried applying the factory reset and it is still not working. Is there anything else I can do to get this working??

If a full factory reset can't clear up the problem, I fear it may be hardware related. Since it is so new, you should be able to get it replaced under warranty.
