Hi guys I'm completely new to this forum. I need to write a poll app that can get multiple entries per devise in an offline mode. It's for a none profit opinion poll with single question. It will be conducted from several devises and the needs to consolidate the results. It will have simple graphic background wallpaper and a simple picture next to the answer. I was wondering what tools would I need and how much time will it take. It doesn't have to be very fancy. If some one can point me to tutorial on how to make a poll app for android with my specifications I will be very thankful.
