Root Need help

Trying to install viper rom on my epic and when I'm in clockwork recovery mode it gives me this error:
E:/ Cant open / cache/ recovery/log

What does this mean? What can i do to resolve this. I keep getting errors when I try to install the rom.

which version of Viper are you trying to install? if you are trying to install 4.0.2, some people have had better success by installing 4.0.1 first. also, formatting your sd card prior to going on to 4.0.2 seems to help.

i might be able to help you, as i am running Viper 4.0.2b... but i would need more information to know just where you are at.
