Hi , I just bought a new / used htc sprint andriod also says google on it , I brought it to the sprint store and they couldent activate it , they said its put in the system but becouse of the software ( stated better then orig. ) wasent sprint approved , it there anyone that can help me activate my phoe , I already have a sprint account . thanks for any help you can give

There are a number of different Android phones that can run on the Sprint network. Can you please open up the back cover of the phone and look on the manufacturers label (usually under the battery) to see if it indicates a specific model?
Where did you purchase the phone? eBay? Craigslist? or from a private party? Depending on where you purchased the phone from, and from whom, there is a risk that the phone has been blacklisted and cannot be activated. Did the seller indicate that the phones ESN was clear?
