OKay so I finally was able to root my LG Revolution , now I want to trick out my phone big time. So I need help from you knowledgeable bros , to make my phone the fastest , top performing Revolution out there I need suggestions on what apps I should download , maybe even if I should upgrade my 2.2 os iit runs , please all suggestions welcome , thanks. All I have currently is Superuser and busybox , and overclock drive app. Thanks in advance.....

The problem with questions like this is that everyone has different ideas about what is a killer app or which rom suits their needs the best. I would venture to guess that every modded phone is different from the next. So much so, that two identical devices will look like different OS's.

Maybe you should start with an alternate launcher like GO launcher, ADW or LauncherPro.
 
I appreciate the heads up, would upgrading to Gingerbread be a good start or is it not the best route , I have heard good things ...
 
Gingerbread did provide a lot of performance enhancements. You can read about them here. I've been on Gingerbread since its initial release and have not had any issues.
