heloo im new and i need to bck up my contact from my phone so i can restore my phone bact to it org settings how can i do that without losing my contacts

Welcome To Android Forums.

If you sync your phone to your gmail account, when you reset your phone and register it to the same gmail account, all your contacts will be restored.
