Root need help

do any of you guys know how to removed the am and pm on the status bar? I've looked it up and I had to extract the services.jar then once I done that I got the classes.dex file and converted it to .jar file which took awhile becuz I did not know how to do that lol but once I converted the classes.dex file I don't know where to go from there I read the directory to edit the files but I can't seem to find the files I need to edit so if anyone can help let me know please

You don't need to do that! All you do is goto settings»date and time»use 24 hour format

i do want the time i just dont want the am or pm icon. and i dont mind 24 hour format i just dont like 24 hour format
