Root Need help. :/

I'm not sure if this is a "all things root" question, but anytime i flash a "custom" ROM such as harmonia i get no 3G.. But once i flash back to my stock ROM my 3G is fine... Can anyone help me resolve this issue.

Did you?
1. wipe data/factory reset
2. wipe cache partition
3. advanced
4 wipe dalvik cache
5. go back
6 install zip from sdcard
