Help Need Help

Hi im new here
My phone is a galaxy s3 sgh-I747m (canada) i bought my phone without any provider, i just bought it by itself... meaning i can go with any carrier, however i kinda bricked my phone and restarted it through stock settings... without having any knowledge, i did what people did in youtube and now i am stuck with verizon. could anyone help me solve this? i cant use my phone when im with verizon and i want it back to the way it was...

What i did was
Factory reset
Clear cache
*note that i already did the stock reset when i did these*


also i have a friend that has an s3... i was thinking maybe i can use his back up file for my phone

i dont know im kinda new to this help?

Have you tried doing the factory reset again?

I am assuming that you were completely stock. As in the phone you bought was not modified (by you or someone else) and new.

Sorry, I am only familiar with the US Verizon version.
