Root need help!

So i found on a forum that to put a tether on my proclaim i had to edit my buil prop it was something tether false.. so i put that in my build prop stil couldnt get tether.. Well now my proclaims 3g service is running at 10 kb max its so slow i deleted the tether outta the build prob and its still slow.. can someone upload a stock build prop? Anyone no how to fix??

Call straight talk and bear through their aweful customer service. 9/10 they throttled you for whatever reason.
