I am just learning about rooting installing roms etc could someome give steps on how to root my Samsung galaxy s2 with jetMod Rom Mod (Need help with rooting)

Could you let us know which model of the S2 you have so we can move you in the right direction of rooting?
Also, that ROM you linked is for a Galaxy S Advance (which is a variant on he S2); is that the model you have?

Oh i want to install the the jetmod on my S2 Model GT-19100 (Android version 4.1.2 (Kernel 3.0.31-1287495)

That ROM is for a different device, it won't be compatible with yours. I've done a bit of searching and it looks like there's not a JetMod ROM for the i9100. For more info, you can visit the root subforum for the i9100:
