well when i try to turn it on it dose not come on, but when i plug it in to my computer it recognizes it as a external hard drive. i think i might have accidentally uninstalled something important for the phone. and when i plug it in to my computer the charge screen popes up briefly.

These instructions below boot an LG OptimusFuel (L34C) to a Safe Mode and allow you to perform a Factory Reset:

1. Ensure the device is powered off.

2. If device is on, press the power button and select Power off. Tap OK to power off.
If that doesn't work, remove and replace the battery.

3. Press and hold the Volume Down button, the Home button, and the Power button simultaneously.

Release the Power button when the LG Logo appears and release the other two buttons when the Blue Tracfone Logo disappears.

4. The phone has now booted to the SAFE MODE.

To do a reset, open the lock screen, press Menu Key, select System Settings, select Backup & Reset, select Factory Data Reset.

This should reset the LG Optimus Fuel (L34C) to Factory Defaults and erase all previous user data.

Couldn't find anything useful searching the Web. Seems they lock the bootloader down tight. This worked to get into download mode on old lg spectrum. From off, press and hold volume up and down and plug in usb. Also works to boot some phones without power button.
